12. ಕಾಲೇಬನು--ಕಿರ್ಯತೆಸೇಫೆರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯಾದ ಅಕ್ಷಾ ಳನ್ನು ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನು.

12. ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಯುದ್ಧ ಆರಂಭಿಸುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಕಾಲೇಬನು ಜನರಿಗೆ, “ಕಿರ್ಯತ್‌ಸೇಫೆರನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನ್ನ ಇಚ್ಛೆ. ಆ ನಗರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಧಾಳಿಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದುಕೊಟ್ಟವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಅಕ್ಷಾಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
