17. ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಯೋನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಸೀಮೋನನೇ, ನೀನು ಧನ್ಯನು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ರಕ್ತಮಾಂಸವಲ್ಲ (ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲ), ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೇ ಅದನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
