24. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಳಿದ ಅರಸನಾದರೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದರೂ ಹೆದರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ತಮ್ಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.

24. ಈ ಸುರುಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಸಂದೇಶವನುಐ ಕೇಳಿ ರಾಜನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಯಾಕೀಮನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರು ಗಾಘರಿಯಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ತಾವು ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದುಃಖವನುಐ ಸೂಚಿಸಲು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನುಐ ಹರಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
