23. ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇವರಾದ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಯೆಹೂದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅದರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೆರೆಯಿಂದ ತಿರುಗಿ ತರುವಾಗ ನೀತಿಯ ನಿವಾಸವೇ, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತವೇ, ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೇಳುವರು.

23. ಇಸ್ರೇಲಿನ ದೇವರೂ ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೂ ಇಂತೆನುಐತ್ತಾನೆ: “ನಾನು ಯೆಹೂದದ ಜನರಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನುಐ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಸೆರೆಯಾಳುಗಳಾಗಿ ಒಯ್ಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದವರನುಐ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕರೆದುತರುವೆನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಯೆಹೂದನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅದರ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಂತೆನುಐವರು: ‘ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದ ನಿವಾಸವೇ, ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪರ್ವತವೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಿನಐನುಐ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಲಿ.’
