14. ಆತನನ್ನು ಸಕಲ ಪ್ರಜೆ, ಜನಾಂಗ, ಭಾಷೆಗಳವರು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಮಹತ್ವವು ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು. ಈತನ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮುಗಿಯದ ನಿತ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರವುಳ್ಳದ್ದು. ಈತನ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಾಶವಾಗದಂತ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
