(9-11) ದಾವೀದ ನಗರದ ಕೋಟೆಗೋಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗುವವು. ಆ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು. ಅದರೊಳಗಿರುವ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಆ ಮನೆಗಳ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಬಿರುಕು ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗುವದು. ಎರಡು ಸಾಲು ಕೋಟೆಗೋಡೆಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳೆಯ ಕಾಲಿವೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀರನ್ನು ತರಿಸಿ ಆ ನೀರನ್ನು ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಿರಿ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಮಾಡುವಿರಿ. ಆದರೆ ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ದೇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀವು ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಕಾಲದ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೋಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
