16. ಮೂಢನಿಗಿಂತ ಜ್ಞಾನವಂತನ ಜ್ಞಾಪ ಕವು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಈಗ ಇರುವದು ಬರುವ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮರೆಯಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಮೂಢನಂತೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯೂ ಸಾಯುವದು ಹೇಗೆ?

16. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಮೂಢನು ಸಾಯುವಂತೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯೂ ಸಾಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಜನರು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಮೂಢನನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಸದಾಕಾಲ ಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದ ಜನರು ಮರೆತು ಬಿಡುವರು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗೂ ಮೂಢನಿಗೂ ಯಾವ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.
