14. ಯೇಸು ಸಬ್ಬತ್‌ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕಾರಣ ಸಭಾಮಂದಿರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಜನರಿಗೆ--ಆರು ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮನು ಷ್ಯರು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಬಂದು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆ ಹೊಂದಲಿ; ಸಬ್ಬತ್‌ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಡ ಅಂದನು.
