36. ನಾನು ಏಲಾಮಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗಾಳಿಗಳನುಐ ಆಕಾಶದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮೂಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಘರಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಗಾಳಿಗಳು ಬೀಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಏಲಾಮ್ಯರನುಐ ಚದುರಿಸುವೆನು. ಏಲಾಮಿನ ಸೆರೆಯಾಳುಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕುವರು.
