4. ಕಲ್ಪನಾ ಕಥೆ ಗಳಿಗೂ ಕೊನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ವಂಶಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಕೊಡಬಾರದೆಂತಲೂ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬದಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಈಗಲೂ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅಂಥ ಕಥೆಗಳೂ ವಂಶಾವಳಿಗಳೂ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸ್ಪದವಾಗಿವೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಯಿಂದುಂಟಾಗುವ ದೈವಭಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಮಾಡುವ
