16. ನೀನು ಅರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವದ ರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮರ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುವದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮರ್ಥನೆಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಹೀಗಾದರೆ ಆ ಬರಹವನ್ನು ಓದುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ಧೂಮ್ರವಸ್ತ್ರ ಧರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಕೊರಳಿಗೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಹಾರ ಹಾಕಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವನಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂರನೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಯಾಗುವಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

16. ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀನು ಗೂಡಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಲ್ಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಹೇಳಬಲ್ಲೆ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀನು ಗೋಡೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಈ ಬರಹವನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಅದರ ಅರ್ಥವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರೆ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕಂದುಬಣ್ಣದ ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಕತ್ತಿಗೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

16. ನೀನು, ಗೂಢಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿ ಕಠಿಣವಾದ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೀ ಎಂಬ ಸಮಾಚಾರವು ನನಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದೆ; ಈ ಬರಹವನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಇದರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದಾದರೆ ನಾನೀಗ ನಿನಗೆ ಧೂಮ್ರವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊದಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕೊರಳಿಗೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸುವೆನು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
