9. ಉತ್ತರ ದಿಕ್ಕಿನ ಹಲವು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನುಐ ನಾನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿ ತರುವೆನು. ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಙಾಬಿಲೋನಿನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಙಾಬಿಲೋನ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಶವಾಗುವುದು. ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಜನರು ಙಾಬಿಲೋನಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಲವು ಙಾಣಗಳನುಐ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾಡುವರು. ಆ ಙಾಣಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಘರಿಗೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧದಿಂದ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗದ ಶೂರ ಸೈನಿಕರಂತಿರುವವು.
