34. ಮರುದಿನ ಮೊದಲು ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವಳು ಚಿಕ್ಕವಳಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಕಳೆದ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ನಾನು ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡೆನು; ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಸಿ ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗಿಕೋ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಅಂದಳು.

34. ಮರುದಿನ, ಹಿರಿಯ ಮಗಳು ತನ್ನ ತಂಗಿಗೆ, “ಕಳೆದ ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಂಡೆ. ಈ ರಾತ್ರಿಯೂ ಅವನನ್ನು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸ ಕುಡಿಸಿ ಅಮಲೇರಿಸೋಣ. ಆಮೇಲೆ ನೀನು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಲಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಹೀಗೆ ನಾವು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳೋಣ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಳು.
