4. ಹಡಗುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಗಮನಿಸಿರಿ. ಅವು ಬಹು ದೊಡ್ಡವುಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಬಲವಾದ ಗಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ದಿಕ್ಕು ತಪ್ಪುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೂ ನಾವಿಕನು ಬಹಳ ಸಣ್ಣ ಚುಕ್ಕಾಣಿಯಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಾನು ಹೋಗ ಬೇಕಾದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

4. ಇದೇ ನಿಯಮ ಹಡಗುಗಳಿಗೂ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಡಗು ಬಹಳ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲವಾದ ಗಾಳಿಯು ಅದನ್ನು ತಳ್ಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಚುಕ್ಕಾಣಿಯು ಆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹಡಗನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಚುಕ್ಕಾಣಿಯನ್ನು ಹತೋಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವವನು ಹಡಗು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಅವನ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಯಂತೇ ಹಡಗು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ.
