19. ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯಭಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ಆ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆ ಗ್ರಂಥವು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನದ ದಿನಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಇರಬೇಕು.

19. ಅವನು ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತನ್ನೊಂದಿಗಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಪದೇಪದೇ ಓದುತ್ತಿರಬೇಕು. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರವು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ವಿಧೇಯನಾಗಲು ಅವನು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
