24. ಕರ್ತ ನಾದ ನಾನು ಎತ್ತರವಾದ ಮರವನ್ನು ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿ, ತಗ್ಗಾ ದದ್ದನ್ನು ಎತ್ತರಪಡಿಸಿ (ಬೆಳಸಿ) ಹಸುರಾಗಿರುವದನ್ನು ಒಣಗಿಸಿ, ಒಣಗಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಚಿಗುರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಅರ ಣ್ಯದ ಸಕಲ ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳು ತಿಳಿಯುವವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನಾದ ನಾನೇ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

24. “ಆಗ ಬೇರೆ ಮರಗಳಿಗೆ, ನಾನು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬೀಳಿಸುವೆನೆಂತಲೂ, ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂತಲೂ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವದು. ಹಸಿರು ಮರಗಳು ಒಣಗಿಹೋಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ಒಣಗಿಹೋದ ಮರಗಳು ಹಸಿರಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವಂತೆಯೂ ನಾನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾನೇ ಯೆಹೋವನು. ಇದನ್ನು ನಾನೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಮತ್ತು ನಾನೇ ಇದನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವೆನು.”
