12. ಯೆಹೋವನು ಯೆಹೂದನಿಗೆ ಇಂತೆಂದೆನು: “ಅಶ್ಶೂರದ ಜನರು ಬಲಶಾಲಿಗಳು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸೈನಿಕರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲಾ ತುಂಡರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವರು. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹತರಾಗುವರು. ನನ್ನ ಜನರೇ, ನೀವು ಕಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು. ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
