6:12. ಆ ಕುರಿಮರಿಯು ಆರನೆಯ ಮುದ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೋಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದೆನು. ಆಗ ಮಹಾಭೂಕಂಪವಾಯಿತು. ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಕಪ್ಪು ಕಂಬಳಿಯಂತೆ ಕಪ್ಪಾದನು. ಪೂರ್ಣಚಂದ್ರನು ರಕ್ತದಂತೆ ಕೆಂಪಾದನು.

6:12. ಆತನು ಆರನೆಯ ಮುದ್ರೆ ತೆರೆಯುವದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡೆನು. ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ಮಹಾಭೂಕಂಪ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು; ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಕೂದಲಿನ ಗೋಣಿ ಯಂತೆ ಕಪ್ಪಾದನು. ಚಂದ್ರನು ರಕ್ತದಂತಾದನು.
