2:17. “ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವವನೇ, ಗಮನವಿಟ್ಟು ಆಲಿಸು. “ಜಯಗಳಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಅಡಗಿಸಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮನ್ನವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಬಿಳುಪಾದ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕೆತ್ತಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯು ಮಾತ್ರ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

2:17. ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕಿವಿಯುಳ್ಳವನು ಕೇಳಲಿ. ಯಾವನೂ ಜಯಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾನೋ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮನ್ನವನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಕೊಡು ವೆನು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಹೆಸರು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಬಿಳೀ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವನಿಗೇ ಹೊರತು ಅದು ಇನ್ನಾರಿಗೂ ತಿ

2:17. The one who has an ear had better hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers, I will give him some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and on that stone will be written a new name that no one can understand except the one who receives it.'

2:17. "Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give some of the manna that has been hidden away in heaven. And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one understands except the one who receives it.
