24:16. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರು, “ನಾವು ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಬೇರೆ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

24:16. ಜನರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟು--ನಾವು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅನ್ಯ ದೇವತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವು ನಮಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಲಿ.
