24:10. ಆದರೆ ಯೆಹೋವನಾದ ನಾನು ಬಿಳಾಮನಿಗೆ ಶಪಿಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಿಳಾಮನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಶುಭವನ್ನೇ ಕೋರಿದನು. ಅವನು ಅನೇಕ ಸಲ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿದನು. ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅವನ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

24:10. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಬಿಳಾಮನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿ ಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ಅವನ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿದೆನು.

24:10. I refused to respond to Balaam; he kept prophesying good things about you, and I rescued you from his power.

24:10. but I would not listen to him. Instead, I made Balaam bless you, and so I rescued you from Balak.

24:10. but I would not hearken unto Balaam; therefore he blessed you still: so I delivered you out of his hand.
