12:19. ನೀವು ತುತೂರಿಯ ಧ್ವನಿಯ ಬಳಿಗಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಸ್ವರದ ಬಳಿಗಾಗಲಿ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಜನರು ಆ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಮಾತನ್ನು ತಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಬಾರದೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.

12:19. ತುತೂರಿಯ ಧ್ವನಿಗೂ ಮಾತುಗಳ ಶಬ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಬಂದವರಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಶಬ್ದವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದವರು ತಮಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಮಾತನ್ನಾದರೂ ಹೇಳಬಾರದೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡರು;

12:19. and the blast of a trumpet and a voice uttering words such that those who heard begged to hear no more.

12:19. For they heard an awesome trumpet blast and a voice so terrible that they begged God to stop speaking.
