3:13. ಸಹೋದರ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರೇ, ನಾನಿನ್ನೂ ಆ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಲು ನನ್ನಿಂದಾದಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಓಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

3:13. ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ನಾನಂತೂ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡವ ನೆಂದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಇದೊಂ ದನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನಾನು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮುಂದಿನವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ

3:13. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself to have attained this. Instead I am single-minded: Forgetting the things that are behind and reaching out for the things that are ahead,
