2:36. ನಾವು ಅರ್ನೋನ್ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅರೋಯೇರ್ ಎಂಬ ಊರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಕಣಿವೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಊರನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆವು. ಅರ್ನೋನ್ ಕಣಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದ್‌ಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಇರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಲು ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಯಾವ ಪಟ್ಟಣವೂ ನಮಗೆ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕಂಡುಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

2:36. ಅರ್ನೋನಿನ ತೀರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರೋ ಯೇರ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಹಳ್ಳದ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಮೊದಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಗಿಲ್ಯಾದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣವಾದರೂ ನಮಗೆ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದನು.

2:36. From Aroer, which is at the edge of Wadi Arnon (it is the city in the wadi), all the way to Gilead there was not a town able to resist us— the LORD our God gave them all to us.

2:36. "The LORD our God also helped us conquer Aroer on the edge of the Arnon Gorge, and the town in the gorge, and the whole area as far as Gilead. No town had walls too strong for us.

2:36. From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and from the city that is in the valley, even unto Gilead, there was not a city too high for us; Jehovah our God delivered up all before us:

2:36. From Aroer, which [is] by the brink of the river of Arnon, and [from] the city that [is] by the river, even unto Gilead, there was not one city too strong for us: the LORD our God delivered all unto us:

2:36. From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and from the city that is in the valley, as far as Gilead, there was not a city too high for us; the LORD our God gave all into our hands.

2:36. `From Aroer, which [is] by the edge of the brook Arnon, and the city which [is] by the brook, even unto Gilead there hath not been a city which [is] too high for us; the whole hath Jehovah our God given before us.

2:36. We defeated the town of Aroer on the edge of the Arnon Valley and the other town in the middle of that valley. The Lord let us defeat all the cities between the Arnon Valley and Gilead. No city was too strong for us.

2:36. From Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and from the city that is in the valley, even to Gilead, there was not a city too high for us; Yahweh our God delivered up all before us:
