15:3. ಸಾಲಗಾರನು ಪರದೇಶಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಸಾಲ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ಸಾಲ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

15:3. ಅನ್ಯನಿಂದ ತಿರಿಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗಿರುವದನ್ನು ನೀನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬೇಕು.

15:3. You may exact payment from a foreigner, but whatever your fellow Israelite owes you, you must remit.

15:3. This release from debt, however, applies only to your fellow Israelites-- not to the foreigners living among you.
