2:20. ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಿಗಳಾದ ನೀವು ದೇವರ ಸ್ವಂತ ಕಟ್ಟಡವಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೂ ಎಂಬ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆ ಕಟ್ಟಡವು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೇ ಆ ಕಟ್ಟಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

2:20. ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳೂ ಎಂಬ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೀವು ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನೇ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಾದ ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲು;

2:20. because you have been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the cornerstone.

2:20. You believers are like a building that God owns. That building was built on the foundation that the apostles and prophets prepared. Christ Jesus himself is the most important stone in that building.
