4:17. ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಪಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆ ಜನರು ಪ್ರಯಾಸ ಪಟ್ಟು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ನಮಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿಬೀಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನೀವು ಅವರನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬಾರದೆಂಬುದು ಅವರ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುವುದೇನೋ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು.

4:17. ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಸಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯದಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲ; ಹೌದು, ನೀವು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನೇ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವವರಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಗ ಲಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
