5:21. ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದವರಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಜಾವದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ದೇವಾಲಯದೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು. ಇತ್ತ ಮಹಾಯಾಜಕನೂ ಅವನ ಕೂಡ ಇದ್ದವರೂ ಬಂದು ಆಲೋಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಾಸನ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರನ್ನು ಕರತರುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೆರೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು

5:21. When they heard this, they entered the temple courts at daybreak and began teaching. Now when the high priest and those who were with him arrived, they summoned the Sanhedrin— that is, the whole high council of the Israelites— and sent to the jail to have the apostles brought before them.

5:21. So at daybreak the apostles entered the Temple, as they were told, and immediately began teaching.When the high priest and his officials arrived, they convened the high council-- the full assembly of the elders of Israel. Then they sent for the apostles to be brought from the jail for trial.

The high priest and his friends came together and called a meeting of the high council and all the older Jewish leaders. They sent some men to the jail to bring the apostles to them.
