8:52. ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆತನಿಗೆ, “ನಿನ್ನೊಳಗೆ ದೆವ್ವವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಈಗ ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು! ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ಸಹ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದರು. ಆದರೆ ؅ನನ್ನ ಉಪದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಧೇಯನಾಗುವವನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಸಾಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ؆ ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವೆ.

8:52. ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ನಿನಗೆ ದೆವ್ವ ಹಿಡಿದದೆ ಎಂದು ನಮಗೆ ಈಗ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು; ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ಸತ್ತರು; ಆದರೆ--ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮರಣವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನೀನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೀಯಲ್ಲಾ;

8:52. Then the Judeans responded, "Now we know you're possessed by a demon! Both Abraham and the prophets died, and yet you say, 'If anyone obeys my teaching, he will never experience death.'

8:52. The people said, "Now we know you are possessed by a demon. Even Abraham and the prophets died, but you say, 'Anyone who obeys my teaching will never die!'

8:52. The Jews said unto him, Now we know that thou hast a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my word, he shall never taste of death.

8:52. The Jews said to him, "Now we know that you have a demon! Abraham died, as did the prophets, yet you say, 'If anyone keeps my word, he will never taste death.'

8:52. Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, {SCJ}If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death. {SCJ.}
