5:7. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ರೋಗಿಯು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಅಯ್ಯಾ, ನೀರು ಕದಲಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವಾಗ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಳದೊಳಗೆ ಇಳಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಯಾರು ಇಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ನನಗಿಂತ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.
