7:16. ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ವಿಸ್ಮಯಪಟ್ಟರು. ಅವರು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುತ್ತಾ “ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಾಪ್ರವಾದಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ! ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

7:16. ಆಗ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಯಹಿಡಿದವರಾಗಿ--ನಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯು ಎದ್ದಿದ್ದಾನೆ; --ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಜನರನ್ನು ದರ್ಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ದೇವ ರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

7:16. Fear seized them all, and they began to glorify God, saying, "A great prophet has appeared among us!" and "God has come to help his people!"
