15:21. ಮಗನು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಗೆ, ಅಪ್ಪಾ, ನಾನು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿಯೂ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನೆಂದು ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

15:21. ಮಗನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಅಪ್ಪಾ, ನಾನು ಪರಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನೆನಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೆಂದಿಗೂ ನಾನು ಯೋಗ್ಯನಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
