4:38. ಯೇಸುವು ದೋಣಿಯ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆದಿಂಬಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ತಲೆಯನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ನಿದ್ರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ, ಆತನನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ, “ಗುರುವೇ, ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ? ನಾವು ಮುಳುಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ!” ಎಂದರು.

4:38. ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ದೋಣಿಯ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೆದಿಂಬಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿದ್ರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಆಗ ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ನಾವು ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತೇವೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ಚಿಂತೆಯಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಅಂದರು.

4:38. But he was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. They woke him up and said to him, "Teacher, don't you care that we are about to die?"

4:38. Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, "Teacher, don't you care that we're going to drown?"

4:38. And he himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion: and they awake him, and say unto him, Teacher, carest thou not that we perish?

4:38. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, "Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?"

4:38. Jesus was inside the boat, sleeping with his head on a pillow. The followers went and woke him. They said, "Teacher, don't you care about us? We are going to drown!"
