26:74. ಆಗ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಶಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತೊಡಗಿ, “ನಾನು ದೇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟು ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಯೇಸುವೆಂಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ!” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕೋಳಿ ಕೂಗಿತು.

26:74. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಅರಿಯೆನು ಎಂದು ಶಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಆಣೆಯಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದನು. ಕೂಡಲೆ ಹುಂಜವು ಕೂಗಿತು.

26:74. At that he began to curse, and he swore with an oath, "I do not know the man!" At that moment a rooster crowed.

26:74. Peter swore, "A curse on me if I'm lying-- I don't know the man!" And immediately the rooster crowed.
