1:10. “ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಯಾಜಕರು ಆಲಯದ ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಬೆಂಕಿಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಚ್ಚುವರು. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ” ಇದು ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನ ನುಡಿ.

1:10. ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಾಗಲು ಗಳನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮುಚ್ಚವವನೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಲಿಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚುವವನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು--ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ನಾನು ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

1:10. "I wish that one of you would close the temple doors, so that you no longer would light useless fires on my altar. I am not pleased with you," says the LORD who rules over all, "and I will no longer accept an offering from you.

1:10. "How I wish one of you would shut the Temple doors so that these worthless sacrifices could not be offered! I am not pleased with you," says the LORD of Heaven's Armies, "and I will not accept your offerings.

1:10. Oh that there were one among you that would shut the doors, that ye might not kindle fire on mine altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you, saith Jehovah of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

1:10. Oh that there were one among you who would shut the doors, that you might not kindle fire on my altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you, says the LORD of hosts, and I will not accept an offering from your hand.

1:10. Who [is there] even among you that would shut the doors [for nought?] neither do ye kindle [fire] on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

1:10. Oh, that there were one among you who would shut the doors, that you might not kindle fire upon my altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you, says the LORD of hosts, and I will not accept an offering from your hand.

1:10. Oh that there were one among you that would shut the doors, that ye might not kindle {cf15i fire on} mine altar in vain! I have no pleasure in you, saith the LORD of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

1:10. Who [is] even among you, And he shutteth the two-leaved doors? Yea, ye do not kindle Mine altar for nought, I have no pleasure in you, said Jehovah of Hosts, And a present I do not accept of your hand.

1:10. "I wish one of you would close the Temple doors to stop the lighting of useless fires on my altar. I am not pleased with you. I will not accept your gifts." This is what the Lord All-Powerful said.
