5:18. “ರಾಜನೇ, ಮಹೋನ್ನತನಾದ ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನನ್ನು ಮಹಾ ದೊಡ್ಡ ರಾಜನನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠನಾದ ರಾಜನನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಮುಖನಾದ ರಾಜನನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನು.

5:18. ಓ ಅರಸನೇ, ಮಹೋನ್ನತನಾದ ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಮಹತ್ತನ್ನೂ ಕೀರ್ತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಘನ ವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

5:18. As for you, O king, the most high God bestowed on your father Nebuchadnezzar a kingdom, greatness, honor, and majesty.
