20:14. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವರನುಐ ನಾಶಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಙೇರೆ ದೇಶದವರು ನಾನು ಅವರನುಐ ಈಜಿಪ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸಿ ತರುವದನುಐ ನೋಡಿದರು. ನನಐ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಹೆಸರನುಐ ಅವರೆದುರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಮಾನಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಸ್ರೇಲನುಐ ನಾಶಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.

20:14. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಯಾರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಮಾಡಿದೆನೋ ಆ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗದ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು.

20:14. I acted for the sake of my reputation, so that I would not be profaned before the nations in whose sight I had brought them out.
