3:19. “ಯೆಹೋವನಾದ ನಾನು ಹೀಗೆಂದುಕೊಂಡೆ: ‘ನಾನು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮನುಐ ಮಕ್ಕಳಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು. ಙೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಅತಿ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನುಐ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುವೆನು.’ ನೀವು ನನಐನುಐ ‘ತಂದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುವಿರೆಂದು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ನೀವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನನಐ ಹಿಂಙಾಲಕರಾಗಿರುವಿರೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೆ.

3:19. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು--ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಳಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟು ಮನೋಹರವಾದ ದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳವರ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ರಮ್ಯವಾದ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಡು ವದು ಹೇಗೆಂದು ನಾನು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು; ನಾನು --ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯೇ, ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗುವದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು.

3:19. "I thought to myself, 'Oh what a joy it would be for me to treat you like a son! What a joy it would be for me to give you a pleasant land, the most beautiful piece of property there is in all the world!' I thought you would call me, 'Father' and would never cease being loyal to me.

3:19. "I thought to myself, 'I would love to treat you as my own children!' I wanted nothing more than to give you this beautiful land-- the finest possession in the world. I looked forward to your calling me 'Father,' and I wanted you never to turn from me.

3:19. But I said, How I will put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of the nations! and I said, Ye shall call me My Father, and shall not turn away from following me.

3:19. "'I said How I would set you among my sons, and give you a pleasant land, a heritage most beautiful of all nations. And I thought you would call me, My Father, and would not turn from following me.

3:19. But I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of nations? and I said, Thou shalt call me, My father; and shalt not turn away from me.

3:19. "`I thought how I would set you among my sons, and give you a pleasant land, a heritage most beauteous of all nations. And I thought you would call me, My Father, and would not turn from following me.

3:19. But I said, How shall I put thee among the children, and give thee a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of the nations? and I said, Ye shall call me My father; and shall not turn away from following me.

3:19. And I have said, How do I put thee among the sons, And give to thee a desirable land, A beauteous inheritance of the hosts of nations, And I say, My father -- ye do call to Me, And from after Me ye do not turn back.

3:19. "I, the Lord, said, 'I want to treat you like my own children. I want to give you a pleasant land, a land more beautiful than any other nation.' I thought you would call me 'Father.' I thought you would always follow me.

3:19. But I said, How I will put you among the children, and give you a pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of the nations! and I said, You shall call me My Father, and shall not turn away from following me.
