12:8. ನನಐ ‘ಸಾಬಸ್ತ್ಯವಾದ ಜನರು’ ನನಗೊಂದು ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಸಿಂಹದಂತಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ನನಐನುಐ ಕಂಡು ಗರ್ಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದಲೇ ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿಮುಖನಾದೆನು.

12:8. ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವು ನನಗೆ ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಿಂಹದ ಹಾಗಾಯಿತು, ಅದು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೂಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

12:8. The people I call my own have turned on me like a lion in the forest. They have roared defiantly at me. So I will treat them as though I hate them.

12:8. My chosen people have roared at me like a lion of the forest, so I have treated them with contempt.
