55:3. ನಾನು ಹೇಳುವ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮಗಳು ಜೀವಿಸುವಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ. ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ, ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾದ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆನು. ನಾನು ದಾವೀದನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಅದಿರುವುದು. ನಾನು ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವೆನೆಂದೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕನಾಗಿರುವೆನೆಂದೂ ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆನು. ಆ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ನಂಬಬಹುದು.”

55:3. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ಕೇಳಿರಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಬದುಕು ವದು; ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ದಾವೀದನಿಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕರುಣೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ನಿತ್ಯ ವಾದ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು.

55:3. Pay attention and come to me! Listen, so you can live! Then I will make an unconditional covenantal promise to you, just like the reliable covenantal promises I made to David.
