51:2. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃವಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನನ್ನೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತೆಯಾದ ಸಾರಳನ್ನೂ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿರಿ; ನಾನು ಕರೆದಾಗ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಒಬ್ಬಂಟಿಗನಾಗಿದ್ದನು. ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ, ಅವನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಮಹಾಜನಾಂಗದ ಮೂಲಪುರುಷನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆನು.”
