29:2. ನಾನು ಅರೀಯೇಲನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆ ನಗರವು ದುಃಖರೋಧನಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಆಕೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನನ್ನ ಅರೀಯೇಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.

29:2. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಾನು ಅರೀಯೇಲಿಗೆ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವೆನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಷ್ಟವೂ ದುಃಖವೂ ಇರುವದು.

29:2. I will threaten Ariel, and she will mourn intensely and become like an altar hearth before me.

29:2. Yet I will bring disaster upon you, and there will be much weeping and sorrow. For Jerusalem will become what her name Ariel means-- an altar covered with blood.

29:2. then will I distress Ariel, and there shall be mourning and lamentation; and she shall be unto me as Ariel.
