28:16. ಇದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವಾಗಿಯೇ, ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಇಂತೆನ್ನುವನು: “ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಒಂದು ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲು ಇಡುವೆನು, ಇದು ಬಹು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಕಲ್ಲು. ಈ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಡುವದು. ಆ ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಭರವಸವಿಡುವ ಯಾವನು ಆಶಾಭಂಗಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

28:16. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವ ಮೂಲೆಗಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಚೀಯೋನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ ಆಸ್ತಿವಾರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಇಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿಡುವವನು ಆತುರಪಡನು (ಆಶಾ ಭಂಗ ಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ).

28:16. Therefore, this is what the sovereign master, the LORD, says: "Look, I am laying a stone in Zion, an approved stone, set in place as a precious cornerstone for the foundation. The one who maintains his faith will not panic.

28:16. Therefore, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: "Look! I am placing a foundation stone in Jerusalem, a firm and tested stone. It is a precious cornerstone that is safe to build on. Whoever believes need never be shaken.

28:16. therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner -stone of sure foundation: he that believeth shall not be in haste.

28:16. Therefore, thus said the Lord Jehovah: `Lo, I am laying a foundation in Zion, A stone -- a tried stone, a corner stone precious, a settled foundation, He who is believing doth not make haste.

28:16. Because of these things, the Lord God says, "I will put a rock—a cornerstone—in the ground in Zion. This will be a very precious stone. Everything will be built on this very important rock. Anyone who trusts in that rock will not be disappointed.
