13:8. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಭಯಪೀಡಿತರಾಗುವರು. ಯಾತನೆವೇದನೆಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸುವವು. ಪ್ರಸವವೇದನೆಯಿಂದ ನರಳುವ ಹೆಂಗಸಿನಂತೆ ಅವರ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋವು ಉಂಟಾಗುವದು; ಅವರ ಮುಖಗಳು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ಕೆಂಪಗಾಗುವವು. ಭಯದ ಮುಖವು ತಮ್ಮ ನೆರೆಯವರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಜನರು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಡುವರು. ಬಾಬಿಲೋನಿನ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ದೇವರ ತೀರ್ಪು

13:8. ಅವರು ಭಯ ಪಡುವರು; ನೋವು ಮತ್ತು ಬೇನೆಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವು; ಹೆರುವ ಹೆಂಗಸಿನಂತೆ ಸಂಕಟ ಪಡುವರು; ಅವರು ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಭ್ರಮೆಪಡು ವರು; ಅವರ ಮುಖಗಳು ಜ್ವಾಲೆಯಂತಿರುವವು.

13:8. They panic— cramps and pain seize hold of them like those of a woman who is straining to give birth. They look at one another in astonishment; their faces are flushed red.

13:8. and people are terrified. Pangs of anguish grip them, like those of a woman in labor. They look helplessly at one another, their faces aflame with fear.

13:8. and they shall be dismayed; pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman in travail: they shall look in amazement one at another; their faces shall be faces of flame.

13:8. They will be dismayed: pangs and agony will seize them; they will be in anguish like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at one another; their faces will be aflame.

13:8. And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces [shall be as] flames.

13:8. Everyone will be afraid. They will stare at each other with shock on their faces. Fear will grip them like the pains of a woman in childbirth.
