28:28. ಕೆಡುಕನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ, ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. ಕೆಡುಕನು ಸೋತುಹೋದಾಗ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಆಳುವರು.

28:28. ದುಷ್ಟರು ಎದ್ದರೆ ಜನರು ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರು ನಾಶ ವಾದರೆ ನೀತಿವಂತರು ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.
