28:12. ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವರು ನಾಯಕರಾದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಂತೋಷ. ಆದರೆ ಕೆಡುಕನು ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಾದಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು.

28:12. ನೀತಿವಂತರು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸಿ ದರೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಘನತೆ ಇರುವದು; ದುಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಯಾದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಅಡಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
