17:26. ನಿರಪರಾಧಿಯನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು. ನ್ಯಾಯವಂತರಾದ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಹೊಡೆಯುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು.

17:26. ನೀತಿವಂತನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುವದು ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜಪುತ್ರರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವದು ಯುಕ್ತವಲ್ಲ.

17:26. It is terrible to punish a righteous person, and to flog honorable men is wrong.
