10:19. ಅತಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾತಾಡುವವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನೇ ತೊಂದರೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ವಿವೇಕಿಯು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರಲು ಕಲಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

10:19. ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊರತೆ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ತನ್ನ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವವನು ಜ್ಞಾನವಂತನು.

10:19. When words abound, transgression is inevitable, but the one who restrains his words is wise.
