5:13. ಬಿಟ್ಟೀಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಜನರಿಂದ ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲವಂತದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದರು. ಮೊದಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹುಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಷ್ಟೇ ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗಲು ಬಲವಂತದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರು.

5:13. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟೀಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಸು ವವರು--ಹುಲ್ಲು ಇದ್ದಾಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ದಂತೆಯೇ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ದಿನದ ಕೆಲಸ ವನ್ನು ತೀರಿಸಿಬಿಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ತ್ವರೆಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

5:13. The slave masters were pressuring them, saying, "Complete your work for each day, just like when there was straw!"
