3:2. ಆ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆಹೋವನ ದೂತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಉರಿಯುವ ಪೊದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಪೊದೆಯು ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಮೋಶೆ ಗಮನಿಸಿದನು.

3:2. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನ ದೂತನು ಪೊದೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅಗ್ನಿಜ್ವಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡನು. ಅವನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಪೊದೆಯು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಉರಿಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಪೊದೆಯು ಸುಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
